Terms of Service & Risk Disclaimer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soul Reaper ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Nature of the Game

Soul Reaper is a skill-based blockchain game built on the Solana network. Players stake SOL tokens to play and can earn SOUL tokens through gameplay. The Game involves elements of risk and chance. Outcomes are determined by a provably fair system using Verifiable Random Functions (VRF).

3. Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• Financial Risk: You may lose some or all of the SOL you deposit. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
• Cryptocurrency Volatility: The value of SOL and SOUL tokens can fluctuate significantly. Token prices are not guaranteed.
• Blockchain Risk: Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Network congestion or outages may affect gameplay.
• Smart Contract Risk: While audited for correctness, smart contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any returns, profits, or specific outcomes from gameplay.
• SOUL Token: SOUL is an in-game token with no guaranteed market value. It is not an investment or security.

4. Provably Fair

All game outcomes are determined by on-chain Verifiable Random Functions (VRF) combined with server-side entropy. Players can verify any round's fairness using the verification tool available in the Game. Round seeds, nonces, and outcomes are cryptographically verifiable.

5. Wallet & Funds

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We never have access to your private keys. Deposits are held in on-chain program-derived accounts (PDAs) and are withdrawable at any time (subject to active session settlement). Treasury funds are managed by the on-chain program according to its rules.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Game or its smart contracts
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play
• Engage in any form of fraud or money laundering
• Interfere with other players' gameplay

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Reaper and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, game mechanics, token economics, or any aspect of the Game at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Jurisdiction

The Game may not be available or legal in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Game complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We make no representations regarding the legality of the Game in any particular jurisdiction.
